If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return and exchange policy to protect your rights. 1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • Unused Products: Items must be in original condition, unused, undamaged, and include all original packaging, labels, accessories, and gifts.
  • Return Window: Requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • Applicable Products: Most products are eligible for return, except for custom-made items, personal hygiene products, or clearance/promotional items.
  • Quality Issues: Products with manufacturing defects, damage, or not matching the description are eligible for return.

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Custom or personalized products (unless defective).
  • Used, damaged, or missing original packaging.
  • Items returned after the 30-day window.
  • Promotional or clearance items marked as “non-returnable.”
  • Quality Issues: Products with manufacturing defects, damage, or not matching the description are eligible for return.
2. Special Note: Products Do Not Include Batteries

Our products do not include batteries. Some customers may mistakenly believe the product includes a battery. Please carefully read the product description before purchasing.

If you need to exchange the product due to this misunderstanding, we support exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The exchanged product must meet the “unused, original packaging” condition.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs incurred due to this misunderstanding.

3. Return Process

Please follow these steps to request a return:

  1. Submit a Return Request:

    Contact us via email (Azocekus@outlook.com) or WhatsApp (+1 281-904-2682), providing your order number, reason for return, and product photos (if applicable).

    Alternatively, you can log in to your Azocek account and submit a return request on the order page.
  2. Review and Approval:

    We will review your request within 3 business days and respond via email or WhatsApp.

    If the return is approved, we will provide the return address and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Return the Product:

    Ship the product and all accessories to the specified address, including the RMA number.

    We recommend using a traceable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (unless the product has a quality issue).
  4. Inspection and Refund:

    Upon receiving the return, we will inspect the product within 5 business days.

    If the product meets the return conditions, a refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
4. Refund Policy

Refund Amount: Products meeting the return conditions will receive a full refund (excluding the original shipping cost). If the return is due to a quality issue or our error, return shipping costs will be covered by Azocek.


Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (e.g., PayPal, credit card). Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.


Non-Quality Issue Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and the original shipping cost is non-refundable. If the product packaging or accessories are missing, a deduction of up to 20% of the product value may apply.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchange Conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the product and are limited to quality issues, our error, or customer misunderstanding regarding the battery issue.
  • The exchanged product must be unused, undamaged, and retain original packaging.

Exchange Process:

  • Follow the return process to submit an exchange request, specifying the desired replacement product (e.g., size, color).
  • We will ship the replacement product, and Azocek will cover the shipping costs (only for quality issues or our error).
  • If the exchange is due to customer misunderstanding regarding the battery issue, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the desired product is out of stock, we will offer a refund or equivalent store credit.

Exchange Timeline:
Replacement products will be shipped within 7 business days after return inspection.

6. Quality Issues or Incorrect Shipment

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

  • Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product, providing photos or videos as evidence.
  • Resolution: We will offer a free return shipping label or arrange for a replacement product, with shipping costs covered by Azocek.
  • Refund or Credit: If a replacement is not possible, we will provide a full refund or equivalent store credit (your choice).
7. International Orders
  • The same return and exchange policy applies to international orders.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless due to quality issues or our error).
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees.
  • Return packages must comply with international shipping and customs regulations.
8. Exceptions
  • Promotional or Clearance Items: Some promotional items may be marked as “exchange only” or “non-returnable.”
  • Custom Products: Custom or personalized products are only eligible for return or exchange if defective.
  • Gift Cards or Digital Products: Gift cards, software, or digital products are non-returnable.
